The service was excellent even though it was the winter season. The food was made from fresh ingredients you could tell. The seafood was also fresh and really good. The server Sydni was so accommodating and really took care of us. I would recommend this restaurant in front of some of the other seafood places on the island.

We thoroughly enjoyed eating here. The food was delicious. Probably the best crab legs I've had in a while. Our waitress was really sweet. We had outdoor seating and it was overall a really nice setting. Will come back next time we visit!

Grabbed a quick dinner here after a long day on the beach. The upstairs area was super chill with no wait and great service. The crab balls were a great starter for our Shrimp Low Country Boil meal for two that we split. Seasoned just right.

Came here to night for dinner with a large party, it took about 30 minutes for us to be seated which was expected but we grabbed drinks at the bar in the meantime. Our server, Kade was super gracious and made sure all of our needs were met the whole night. He made sure our orders were correct, was super nice and went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Give him a raise! For appetizers, we had the crab balls, mozzarella sticks & buffalo shrimp. Those were all very tasty, especially the fried cheese. For entrees, we had chicken tenders, fried fish, fried scallops and salmon. All were very delicious. Some in my party had the crab bisque and they mentioned it left something to be desired on the flavor side. The “Shooter” was had by almost my whole party which included a tomato based shot with an oyster inside and it was a great bonding moment to see the surprised looks of all who tried, it also came with a souvenir shot glass. Overall, we had a great time and the service was excellent. Give this local gem a try, you won’t regret it!

Outstanding Service at Sting Ray’s on Tybee Island I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Angela, our waitress at Sting Ray’s, who delivered amazing service during our visit. Her warm personality, attentiveness, and professionalism made our dining experience truly memorable. Remarkably, I visited Sting Ray’s over nine years ago, and Angela’s welcoming demeanor and dedication to excellent service have remained just as genuine and consistent. It’s rare to encounter someone whose hospitality leaves such a lasting impression, and Angela certainly stands out. If you’re planning a trip to Tybee Island, a stop at Sting Ray’s is a must—and be sure to ask for Angela. She is an absolute gem and will ensure your experience is nothing short of outstanding. Highly recommended!

Certainly when you're on the ocean the price will be much more for seafood meals. Place was a typical island seafood restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating. Waitress was attentive and friendly. A cat roamed about named old bay. Food was decent, just not a fan of sausage. Not far from the beach.

Amazing services with amazing food. We sat inside and it was nice and cool not to loud. The young lady that served us was understanding and amazing to chat with. Even when we were joking with her.

This place was great! The Christmas lights were very nicely done. We got fresh oysters to start which were huge and reasonably priced. There was a good amount of fish on my mahi tacos. The fried shrimp platter and steamed muscles were good too. Our server, Dana gave us great recommendations and service! Would definitely go back!
